Housing Development

There's an interesting remodeling/home addition project going on down the street. The house is very similar to mine, but sits further back and quite high above the street. They started by taking out the driveway, and excavating a big hole in front of the garage. They've now built the shell of a 2-car garage with concrete blocks at street-level. The old garage will be turned into some kind of living space, and it looks like they could build more on top of the new garage.
