I hadn't succumbed to the craze of quilted or fabric postcards before, but I was looking for something smallish I could make for my team at work. Now I see why they're so popular. I made these as one long strip of the snowman fabric, edged by red strips. I quilted it like that, with rayon and metallic threads, then cut apart into the individual pieces and bound them with the same red. A few hours work over 2 weekends, and I was done. Now I'm looking at other fabrics I can use the same way.
WOW! those are really neat! Time to start with cards and presents to SEA. I'm glad I'm off a few days this week. JK had a ice day- that sounds nice. Here it is still gray.
