A little more progress on this. The center star is sewn together, as are the top and bottom panels. (It's easier to pin them to the sides on the design wall.) Next step, borders!
I keep thinking I'll make a Carpenter's Star quilt, but haven't done it yet. Yours looks good! What is the fabric you used for the sashing and borders of the quilt in your blog header? I like it!
Thanks for the comments! The Carpenter's Star with its large blocks is pretty quick and easy, you should try it! The sashing and borders of the header quilt are Kona cotton in Stone. I think it's a great neutral.
